Faroe Island Salmon Filet* baked and finished with a house made bourbon glaze. Served with mashed potatoes and broccoli.  

Ingredients: Salmon, Red Potato, Pure Irish Butter, Greek Yogurt,  Broccoli, Bourbon Sauce, Olive Oil, Salt, Garlic and Pepper

Bourbon Sauce Ingredients: Bourbon, Honey, Granulated Garlic, Dijon Mustard, and Pink Salt
