+ - What is 360?
360 Fitness Meals prepares and delivers fresh, nutritious meals to your door. We combine nutrition science and culinary excellence to design dishes that taste amazing, and give your body and mind the nutrients needed to perform at their peak. If you have a subscription, orders will be placed for you on an automated recurring basis. After your credit card is charged, existing orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
+ What are the benefits of 360 Fitness Meals?
75% of your fitness comes from what you eat. When you are fit, you look great, feel amazing and have the energy and focus needed to achieve all your goals. We shop, prep, cook, and deliver to your door for you so you can experience the benefits of clean eating without the hassle.
+ Is this a diet?
No. Diets are about restriction and sacrifice. Most importantly, they are often times not synonymous with healthy. We believe eating should be enjoyed and enhance your quality of life. You will achieve your goals if you consistently fuel your body with the right nutrients. If your goal is to lose weight, 360 Fitness Meals will definitely help you do that.
+ Do I need to eat 360 Fitness Meals for every meal for it to “work?”
Definitely not. A fit lifestyle doesn’t happen in a few days or weeks, but by creating habits that you stick to over time. If you eat clean consistently, great. If you don’t, we applaud you for taking action to change that. Every meal you eat that is healthier than what you used to eat is a step in the right direction. Think about progress, not perfection.
+ How much does 360 Fitness Meals cost?
Our meals start at $55/wk for 20 meals per month! If you are very conscientious of what you put into your body, we are definitely for you.. Delivery to your door is available locally or via FedEx. Hop over to our menu to see what’s cooking this week.

The Food

+ What types of food do you offer?
We feature a variety of nutritionist-designed, chef-crafted meals every week. Many of our recipes are based off the comfort foods you know and love. Our chefs swap processed ingredients for whole, clean ingredients to create healthy, mouth-watering creations. You will see weekly menus that highlight everything from American classics like our Grass-fed Steak, to Italian favorites like our Meatballs, and everything in between! What you won’t ever see in our meals are meats injected with hormones or antibiotics, GMOs, Gluten, or Soy. 
+ What’s so special about your ingredients?
Our chefs only use the highest quality, freshest ingredients available. Whether you’re looking for high-quality proteins, low-glycemic carbohydrates, or heart-healthy fats, you can count on every meal being:

+ Who prepares the meals? Where?
Our master chefs prepare every meal by hand in our state-of-the-art, gourmet kitchen in Columbus, OH.
+ Are meals fresh or frozen?
Always fresh. You can freeze our meals if you do not expect to eat them in the first three days, but fresh just tastes better. Uncooked greens like salads should not be frozen, and should be eaten earlier for peak deliciousness.
+ How Many People Does a Meal Serve / What is the Portion Size?
Our meals feed an active adult, and our portion size is generous. Our philosophy is that our customers should “never leave the table hungry.” You can choose from 4-6 oz of meat per meal, 1/3 - 1 cup of carbs and 1 cup of vegetables. 
+ How Do I View Nutritional Information?
You can view full nutritional information for each meal on our menu. 
+ I have dietary restrictions/allergies. Do you have meals that work for me?
Typically, yes! It depends on your allergies / restrictions. When you place your order for our service we ask that you tell us about any restrictions you have during checkout. However, like most restaurants, we prepare and serve products that may contain egg, milk, peanuts, wheat or other allergens. While a particular ingredient may not contain one of these allergens, our products may be prepared on the same equipment and in the same kitchen area as those that do. We cannot guarantee that cross contact with allergens will not occur and we cannot assume any responsibility for a person’s sensitivity or allergy to any food item provided in our kitchen.

Subscriptions

+ What is a 360 Fitness Meal subscription and how does it work?
  1. Sign up for the Monthly Fit Pack you want.
  2. Create an account and log into the website to place your order.
  3. During checkout, if you are ordering from the Basics menu, enter the combinations you want in the notes field. Example: 4 x Chicken/Rice & Green Beans.
  4. Select the Monthly Fit Pack Subscription option as your payment method
  5. Cut off to place your weekly order is Thursdays at 11:59pm. If you want the same thing every week, then you do not need to do anything.
+ Is there an order minimum?
There is no minimum for pickup orders. Delivery order minimum is 5 meals.
+ How do I edit the meals in my cart?
Simply log in and add meals from the menu page.
+ How soon can I get my first order?
The cut-off to order is Thursday night at 11:59 pm EST for delivery the following Monday or Tuesday (depending on your zip code). All meals are made-to-order. We deliver weekly and all orders must be in by the weekly cut-off time. Our chefs need that week of lead time to order ingredients, receive them, cook, plate, package your meals, and have them out on the delivery trucks!
+Can I cancel or change my order after the cut-off?
Sorry, but it isn't possible for us to change, cancel, or add an order after the cut-off. The cut-off is one week prior to delivery. We need a week of lead time because all meals are completely made-to-order by our chefs. We need that time to order ingredients, have them delivered, then prep, cook, plate, pack the boxes, and get the meals out on the delivery truck. 
+ Do you offer discounts if I plan to order a lot?

Special Scenarios

+ I travel a lot. Will this work for me?
Yup, this is made for you! How can you shop when you are only in town for a couple days each week? Our weekly service is flexible, so just pause your delivery while you’re out of town. Going away on business? Consider sending meals to your destination, because eating healthy on the road is impossible! 
+ I like lots of variety. Will you give me lots of different options?
We love variety too. That’s why we rotate several menu items each week!
+ I prefer to cook myself.
We love to cook, too. But most of us don’t have time to cook every meal, every day. 360 Fitness Meals is your healthy option for those moments that you need something convenient.
+ My weeks are always different. How can I use your service when it’s hard for me to plan ahead?
Flexibility is key! You have full control to edit your cart if you need to adjust the number of meals in your next delivery. Don’t need meals at all a certain week? Pause a delivery. If you need to edit your order or pause a delivery, be sure to do so before the weekly cut-off. The cut-off is Thursday at 11:59 pm EST, one week prior to delivery.

Delivery

+ How will I receive my meals?
We deliver to the address you give us in your account profile. You can edit your address anytime before the weekly cut-off. The cut-off is Thursday at 11:59 pm EST, one week prior to delivery. If you are traveling, we recommend having your meals delivered to your destination! 
+ Who delivers my meals?
We’ve partnered with FedEx because of their expertise at delivering perishable goods.
+ Is there a charge for delivery?
Delivery starts at just $8, but may vary depending on location.  
+ When do meals arrive?
Pinning down the exact time can be tricky, but expect your meals to arrive by 8 PM. Most likely, they will be waiting at your door when you return from work.
+ Do I have to be home?
Nope. Cold packs will keep your meals fresh while they wait at your door.
+ What happens if I live in a walk-up without a doorman?
We use FedEx for deliveries, so they will deliver your meals the same way they normally handle packages at your building. We have their word that they will make every attempt to access the building (ringing other buzzers, etc.) and leave your package in a safe location. The meals are delivered in boxes that are insulated to be kept at refrigerated temperatures for up to 48 hours, so there is no concern about getting them in the fridge immediately.
+ Do you deliver to my area?
Local Delivery is available for $8 per order within 25 miles of our kitchen (43235)
+ I’m outside your delivery area. Am I out of luck?

+ How do the meals stay fresh during transit?
We ship our meals in insulated boxes with gel packs that will keep the box at refrigerated temperatures for quite a long time! We thoroughly test them in all seasons across all climates. It is normal for the gel packs to be melted by the time they arrive. They release cold air into the box as they melt. The cold air does dissipate quickly when you open it, so you should transfer the meals to the fridge immediately. As long as the gel packs are cool to the touch, the meals are fresh and ready to be enjoyed!
+ How are the meals packaged?
All of our meals are delivered to you in completely BPA-free CPET plastic containers. CPET stands for Crystallizable PolyEthylene Terephthalate. These plastics are safe for food storage as well as heating in the microwave or oven. They are also designated as recyclable 1, so go ahead and put them in the recycling bin after you've enjoyed the meals!
+ What should I do with the packaging and gel packs?
Your 360 Fitness Meals box can be reused, or placed curbside with your recycling. The interior jute plant fiber insulation can be thrown away or composted, as it’s made of 100% recycled and biodegradable material. The outer plastic is a recyclable #4, simply leave it curbside with your box! The ice packs can be reused, recycled, or donated. If you want to recycle them, drain the gel and recycle the plastic. Drain the gel into the trash, NOT down your drain, as it may clog. Once you empty the gel into the trash, the plastic is a #4 recyclable material. If you prefer to donate them, there are a number of organizations that love ice pack donations! Churches, shelters, Meals on Wheels, Girl/Boy Scouts and other such organizations may be able to use them.
+ How do I turn off my subscription?
You can turn off your subscription by logging into your PayPal account or you can contact us at cs@360fitnessmeals.com

Before you eat

+ How long do meals last?
Meals for the first 3 days should be stored in the refrigerator. Meals for the last 4 days should be stored in the freezer and transferred to the refrigerator the night before you plan to eat them. Or heated straight from the freezer if necessary.
+ How do I heat-up the meals?
Simply pop them in the microwave for a couple minutes and they will steam back to life! Reheating in an oiled skillet is also a great option.

Refunds/ credit

If you ever find yourself dissatisfied by our service or meals we will absolutely make it right! All sales are final however we are able to offer a credit or replacement meal for a future order. We're rarely wrong once and never twice :)
